We are a family of crafters, in the Eastern Wheatbelt of Western Australia based on a cropping farm. In our spare time we like to make unique things. We enjoy giving new things ago.

All items are shipped by Australia Post.
Combined postage is offered but will need to be calculated according to size of package, the weight and your postcode.

All items will be posted with a tracking number.
If a parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, the enquiry will be sent to the postage company for proof of delivery. If the parcel has proof of delivery, it is not our responsibility to cover any costs of stolen or missing packages. Our responsibility ends when the parcel is sent with the correct courier service and it is the receivers responsibility to communicate with the shipping company from here. We will assist out of good will, but is not responsible for the parcels when with couriers.
If a parcel is damaged during transit you can lodge a claim for compensation through Australia post, your damaged parcel must be presented at a post office exactly as you received it. Claims can take up to 10-14 days to process and the compensation may be refunded to you directly, if we receive the refund instead then we will forward refunded amount to you.

Our products are handmade and one of a kind. Whilst we attempt to provide high quality photographs of our products, some details do not show up as clearly and colours can look different in real life to the photographed version.
