Vendors (Sellers)
To become a Vendor (Seller) you must reside in Australia and have items in stock ready to post( sorry NO drop shipping) and offer the best customer service
Vendor Membership levels are:
You receive the first month membership free
15 Product limit – $2.00 per month
100 Product limit – $10.00 per month
500 Product limit – $30.00 per month
5000 Product limit $50.00 per month
5% commission is taken from each sale and this includes the payment gateway fees.
If at any time that the payment gateway fees exceed 5% commission retained EG: Customer uses Afterpay or Inflated postage costs – the excess charged will be deducted from your payment

How to apply to become a Vendor
Select My Account Tab
Complete registration
From the menu select become a vendor
Select Store Tab and complete all the details required
Read the terms and conditions and then Tick
Click the Apply to be a Vender Tab
You will then receive notification if you application has been approved
Once your vendor application has been approved you will also receive a link to create your password.
Log in using your newly created password and the link to the vendor memberships will become available
Your Store website address will be available once your application is completed. Copy and paste here from the Google search bar when you have your shop open.
Please go to the settings and complete the Payment Section on your account and save changes
To set up your shop
- On the Seller Dashboard select Settings
- Select Store and complete, in store info please add email address, suburb and state Save changes
- Select Payment and complete you details. This where you are wanting your funds sent to from your sales. Save the changes
- Select Branding – to make your store unique please upload a banner and icon. Upload your icon and banner. Any problems please email me support@havasquiz.com.au
- Select Shipping. Put in your basic shipping cost in default national shipping fee if you would like this show up on each product or leave blank if you want to itemize each products shipping
- Select Social. This is where you add your Facebook Page etc
- Select Policies. This where you can add your handing time, postage information, etc
- Select SEO
Due to financial institutions, first payment length of time could be 7 days. Payouts are sent each day on cleared payments.
Adding new products
- Go to Vendor Dashboard and select products
- Select Add Product
- Complete Title and include as much information about the product to avoid any confusion on what it is.
- Product description – include as much relevant information about your product and of you. Eg I sell fabric so I have put in the description “(1/2 yard = 45.7 cm) This fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments if you would like 1 yard please select 2,1 1/2 yards select 3,2 yards select 4 and so on” I also have a colour disclaimer “While every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the colours depicted in our images, please be aware that due to monitor resolution, lighting etc it is almost impossible to represent colour to 100% accuracy”.
- Categories – Please select the most relevant category for your product. If there is not one showing, please let me know and I will create it for you.
- Tags –-use all relevant search words as this is what will be used for searching your item
- Featured Image and Gallery Pictures – a minimum of one picture is required in both – you can use the same picture if need be
